Open the License Manager and note your license key number displayed at the top of the dialog. Verify that this number matches the physical key you have inserted. If they don't match or if the key number is missing entirely, you need a fresh activation. Close all Optitex applications and use the License Manager to deactivate any existing licenses if the option is available. Then proceed with a fresh online activation as described in Phase 1.
