Open your PC’s GTA Vice City installation folder. Copy the following folders and files from your PC into the newly created ux0:data/gtavc/ folder on your Vita: ANIM/ AUDIO/ DATA/ MODELS/ TEXT/ gta_vc.set (optional, stores game settings)
You can remap everything via ux0:data/gtavc/revc.ini . gta vice city vpk ps vita
You must have iTLS-Enso and KuBridge installed. Open your PC’s GTA Vice City installation folder
