The narrative of "Saw 3D" centers on the psychological and physical aftermath of John Kramer’s (Tobey Bell) philosophy. The story follows Bobby Dagen (Sean Patrick Flanery), a self-help guru who achieved fame and fortune by falsely claiming to be a survivor of a Jigsaw trap. Dagen’s deception catches the attention of Detective Mark Hoffman (Costas Mandylor), who has taken over the mantle of Jigsaw. Dagen is thrust into a real gauntlet of deadly traps, forced to save his wife and associates while confronting his own lies.
