In September 2023, the Dominican Missions announced the phased closure of the school, citing a declining city-wide school-age population and evolving financial challenges. Despite impassioned public petitions from parents, faculty, and students, the timeline was accelerated. The secondary section officially wound down its operations at the Wan Chai campus in mid-2024, with remaining student cohorts shifting en masse to Yu Chun Keung Memorial College No. 2 in Pok Fu Lam, while the primary and kindergarten sections transitioned to the Dalton School Hong Kong.
