Use the browser-based version, which requires no installation.
The MT4 installer often detects the system locale and installs the corresponding language version. If your Windows system language is set to Chinese, for example, the installer will default to that. To avoid this, you can change your system locale before installation or look for a multi-language installer on your broker's website. Alternatively, you can install MT4 and then change the language from the View > Languages menu.
