This is Gautham Karthik’s second collaboration with director Muthaiah after Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya (2013), but Devarattam marks their first serious action venture.

The story centers on Vetri (Gautham Karthik), a young lawyer raised by his six elder sisters. Prone to violent outbursts, Vetri struggles to control his anger. When a local politician's son commits a heinous crime against a woman, Vetri is forced to confront the criminal and his powerful gangster father, leading to an inevitable, brutal confrontation.
