"Sexuele voorlichting" (1991) is a Dutch documentary film directed by Peter van Houten that explores sexual development, which received mixed, controversial reception regarding its depiction of underage nudity. As a film rather than an academic text, no "full paper" exists, and the term "fullgolkesl" is not a recognized academic phrase. For further information, see the film's listing on Sexuele voorlichting (Video 1991)

By the early 1990s, the landscape of public health and sex education was changing rapidly. The emergence of global health crises in the previous decade forced educational media to shift from abstract biology to practical, real-world instruction.

The film begins with a simple premise, showing infants and using the change of a diaper to explain the basic anatomical differences between males and females. As the film progresses, it shows pre-teen and teenage girls and boys in various stages of undress. Viewers are presented with close-up shots of developing breasts, penises, and vulvas to illustrate the physical changes of puberty.

Conversations surrounding masturbation, childhood curiosity ("playing doctor"), falling in love, and kissing.

: Because the movie had limited distribution outside of niche regional home video markets, digital traces of it exist primarily within legacy forum archives rather than mainstream streaming services.
