If you are getting a "License Not Found" error or need to move your license to a new computer, do just delete files. Follow the official procedure:
Press Windows Key + R , type regedit , and press to open the Registry Editor.
Right-click the Windows Start menu and select . Click View at the top menu and check Show hidden devices . Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers section.
Download the official (haspdinst.exe).
