The Anjuman-e-Najmi (Anjuman Najmi) is the official local governing body of the Dawoodi Bohra community in Dubai. It was formed in 1970 following a decree (farmaan) from the late leader, His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA), to unite the community members in Dubai. The organization is responsible for everything from running the local masjids (Al Masjid us Saifee and Al Masjid ul Burhani) to overseeing community welfare programs and religious activities.
