The games themselves are stored as digital copies of the UMD discs. These copies are usually in the format, a complete, raw digital backup of the game disc. Sometimes, you might see them in a compressed format called CSO (Compressed ISO) , which PPSSPP also supports. You will need to provide these ISO files to the emulator to play the game.
Select the file and choose or "Extract to [Folder Name]" .
