Some IPTV providers, especially those using Stalker middleware, rely on MAC binding. If the provider decides to "patch" their system (e.g., move from MAC authentication to Xtream Codes API with username/password), your old MAC-linked subscription will stop working. The provider hasn't banned you; they’ve simply upgraded their security.
