For corporate environments, IES uses a network licensing system (Keyserver).
You can run IES VE via Parallels Desktop or VMware Fusion with a Windows 11 VM. Boot Camp is also possible but not officially supported.
After installation, launch IES VE. You will be prompted to activate your license:
